One More Time Around The Sun For Our Own Ronald Lee
In the monumental recognition of the life of our Cook family Ronald Lee, we
produced a Digital Staff music creation from one of the many family
traditions, a poem communication, that recognizes the achievement of
seventy-seven years around the Sun from our place on Earth.

It is somebody's birthday today
The 77th year of our own Ronald Lee
Must have been quite remarkable ... golly gee
Just from the few things I know that occurred
The things I have seen, and the things I have heard
He survived major surgery on the valves in his ticker
His first grandchild in Baylor (yes, she's a great picker)
Ron's goings and comings must be fun to behold
As he nurtures his friendships and projects unfold
If Ron made a list of the highlights this year
I suspect even he would be shocked he's still here
We will call it "adventure", but it is still life
That unfolds daily, with dear Sara, his wife
And all 'round are our blessed ones who enjoy his presence
His silly, his serious, his nurturing essence
We hope 78 is even better than this one
For our sweet RLC. One more time around the sun!!!
